A sudden trip to Mid Valley

Yesterday I thought would stay at home like I normally do on a Sunday, suddenly when shopping in Jusco with my mom Daniel called, asking if I wanted to join him go Mid Valley. Since he coming back to fetch his bro home, can also fetch me... so I agreed!

Reached Mid Valley, wah... so many ppl flashing their DSLR at the models. Some memang super keng, the lens alone can cost a new expensive body! So gila until some brought their own mini ladder so can stand up and take pics clearly. Now I know how a real photographer looks like!

While taking photos, suddenly a very familiar face appeared. I didn't want to jump to conclusion yet, so I waited for the host to announce her name... I was right, it was my cousin, Felixia! Doing the catwalk with hundreds of camera pointing at her, I was so happy she is becoming a professional in modelling now.

To make it even more surprising, she won the competition! I was nearly in tears, cause she finally became a winner in a model event/competition...!!! Looking so elegant with the big bouquet of flowers in her hand, ppl keep taking pictures as she posed for the camera. We were lucky to be able to see her later backstage. She greeted me, and we even took photos together. Now her modelling career will go into greater heights... I'm so proud and happy for her!

Earth hour

Yesterday was Earth Hour from 8.30pm till 9.30pm. We decided to go out shopping at Giant and off all the lights in our house (except for the computer only). Giant did not do it part at all, maybe Malaysian hypermarkets are still not so 'semangat' to do it, except a few. Bought a basketball shoe there too! ^^

Came back around 10... Earth Hour doesn't feel like anything at all, maybe cause I was shopping. So continue to use the computer to surf the net, then suddenly LG smsed me to ask about school assignment stuffs. I replied, she then replied 'Ok lah then good9 have a nice dream:-)'... Haha, maybe youngsters like to reply like that, so I again replied 'Haha, ok. You too, Goodnight. :)'

Then suddenly she called... Aiks!? Just reply her sms, why she suddenly call me? Is it... Without thinking any further, I accepted the call. Cheh! Rupanya she was asking if I know any house for rent in MU, cause she want to rent the whole house as her bro is coming to study soon. I told her it will be hard to rent the whole house, but will try ask around. She said thx, and ended the call. My mom even asked who was that (cause I was talking at the living room)... paiseh, now even she know who is LG liao -_-;

Argh... here I go again, stepping my foot on a place where I don't belong. Should I continue to help her 'extra' much, which I usually don't do for my other normal friends...? Or should I stop doing it and just help her mildly, which I think will do both of us good (or maybe just me, my hea... u get my drift). I don't want to think so much but her actions is making me all chaotic and dreamy again! Argh, I should have continue avoiding her to make my life much simpler... -_-

A twist of fate

This morning after fetching my bro to school, was on my way back home. While I was driving, don't know why I looked on the left (usually I just drive and look front). There I saw the girl with the 'special' haircut, non other than LG...! So I stop in front of her and called to her, asking her where she going. She said going to Public Bank Wangsa Maju... not the direction I'm heading. So I said... 'Hop on, I'll fetch you there' XD

She was alone and wanted to pay her resit bill. In the whole trip we didn't say much, maybe the two of us was feeling shy and 'tension'. But I did try to strike a few conversation. She even asked me the same question... 'How are you and Wennie? I heard ppl are talking about you two'. Don't know if I was feeling happy or sad, I answered 'Nola, nothing... we are just friends'. 'Oh...' was her reply.

Sadly now do I realised she is quite a forgetful person. I told her many times liao I seen her sister before on her bday last year, but again today she ask 'You seen my sister before?'. Maybe she's a bit stressed out, I donno. But she's still very kind, now joining the Buddhist Society in college and visits children then giving them advise on life and stuffs. In my opinion, she's a bit blur and innocent... cause I asked her who is our PM and Deputy PM last election, and she's not very sure... omg -_-;

Poor LG... I wish I could help her more, but being a normal friend, there's a limit on how much I can do. I told her if she wants I can teach her more of PS next time, and she said she fix her laptop problem liao, so ask me teach her again next time when yamcha. I agreed.


Friends... is that what we should be? I'm scared of thinking further... so a good friend I shall become... until fate arises, someday... or not.

First yamcha with 3 'experienced', 3 young...

Old doesn't sound nice, hence 'experienced', haha...

So Tuesday really jadi yamcha. CK and Fong followed, so does LG. The 2 D's went by David's car while I fetch the others, all from hostel. It was a bit unfortunate that there was 2 good movies being aired at BRJ, thus we didn't chat much but watched the movies most of the time. I can see David is happy, being 'advised' and given tips again, haha... Daniel seems a bit tired, else he would talk more with the girls... lol. Overall it was still fun, and CK was the funniest with her expressions and sound effects, haha...

LG was talking mandarin with the 2 D's, thus I didn't really concentrate what they were saying. Maybe it has something to do with me, maybe don't... but I don't really bother. Cause the more I am curious, the deeper the pain gets. So I will just let it be, and they will tell me if there is something I should know, right? :P

It's hard to completely shake those feelings away... but I'm trying. Time will heal all men, including me. Friends is what matters most, at least for me... Photoshop and Illustrator, I must master both of them! XD

LG n me is getting closer... as good friends

Today early morning 8am got class... suddenly when go into the lab saw LG, which replaced her class. Very rare can see her join my class, haha. Thought want sit next to her but then... better dont. So sat in front of her. Then tutorial class the teacher show us how to create a pic from scan pics using illustrator. I did it with ease as I fully concentrated when he teached (plus I got a bit knowledge of it beforehand, hehe). Teacher was impressed cause I did it the fastest and very well too. I teached W some pointers, so is LG.

Then when the class ended, we were going to leave. I stayed to save my picture first so I can continue doing it at home. LG left late and approached me, asking me some more stuff she don't know about Illustrator. AFter teaching her, she asked if I know Photoshop cause she said she's not so good with it. I said yes, and you can come ask me anytime if you got problems with PS. She said when can I teach her? o.O! Err... takkan she want me teach her one on one!? Then she said maybe I can teach her when she join our class next time... I said 'Oh, ok...!' Haha, lucky no need teach her 1 on 1 or else... Ah, dont want to think so much! >.<

Then later in the evening went for basketball... wow, so long no bb liao, 1st time this sem! But luckily not so much out of shape, although didn't score much but was a 'bit' feared by the opponent as 'the big wall', haha... Ended up draw, fuh! Tonight thought of going out yamcha again with LG... will it work? We will see!

Went for Animation Comic Game Convention (ACGC) after class yesterday. A bit tired cause only slept around 4 hours before that, but since they ask me go mai go lor... I also want see how special the festival is, haha. So after finished the tutorial, meet Fong, went to fetch Lian Gim at the TARC bus top and drove to Wangsa Maju LRT where we meet MC later.


Took LRT all the way to Kelana Jaya, then we took taxi to Tropicana City Mall. I should took the first taxi but then changed to the second taxi, which is a good thing cause me, LG and MC only paid RM6 for the fare while the other side need to pay RM10++ because the taxi driver got lost, haha...


A new Mall, the festival was actually not that large but still medium sized. Looking around, Danny's gang came later. Out of all the booths there, the Street Fighter 3D was the one that interested me the most as it was highly praised by gamers. Not that much different from other SF series but the graphic was a lot better. Saw a 'kou sau' there, with spiky hair...


After watching some cos-play and looking around the products there, we saw Left 4 Dead tournament there. Couldn't join as the registration was closed, too bad. Then headed back to the SF section where we could play for fun if we wanted too. I was surprised they were using arcade type joysticks to play, which I didn't touch for a long time. Still the urge to fight other players and try out the cool game made me hooked. I played a while and won all, then the spiky dude came and in my mind I thought 'Oh, here comes the pro!'. Can I win him? I doubt so...


He used Ryu, the most powerful and balanced char. I don't know what to use, so picked Vega which has good agility. After an intense fightout, I won! I was happy but my heart was pumping, hands shaking... too nervous liao. After winning, I stand up, wanted to leave cause hands was trembling but suddenly he stopped me and said 'Wait, winner stay!'... Omg, he wants another match!? I know I cannot deny him, so we fought a second match of SF.


This time its Ryu vs Guile... and my Guile lost, haha. Guile is too static to beat a balanced char like Ryu. So I finally can leave. I shaked hand with him, which is a nice thing to acknowledge each other's ability... we ended up draw, lol. Later I realised he was doing cos-play as Goku (and I thought he was a salesman there!) and even the judge for the-cos play event. Wow...!


The whole day walk here and there. I got so hungry finally went for lunch with Danny while they continue to watch the cos-play competition. Then they join us later. The Porkchop Macau Burger was ok, new taste... After dinner we went for a walk then return to the ACGC area.


Played another round of SF, this time Alvin, Danny and Robin also played. Lost to Robin once (accidentally cause handicap), haha... Then some challengers came in. Not as keng as 'Goku' but still competitive. Win all then shake hand with them, wahaha... then see nobody wants to challenge me liao, so I left the seat and let other ppl play. Hand still got a bit shaky after that but was worth it cause I like to challenge ppl in fighting games, hehe :P


Later planned to have dinner in One Utama and called Peggy to join us. Me, LG, MC, ALvin and CK went there by Danny's car while the others took the cab. Ate at KTZ, which was a bit more expensive than lunch. Burn a hole in my wallet when both lunch and dinner cost me nearly RM20... sakitnya! T_T After chatting and joking around, finally we went back. Some followed Danny while I followed Peggy (thanks Peggy!). We heard some funny 'sound effects' in the car, haha. Then took LRT all the way back to Wangsa Maju where I fetch all of them back by car.


Went out for 12 hours++, which was so fun and enjoyable. It was also MC's bday (eh, I forget to give her Choki-Choki as a present, haha!). Even made a new friend with CK's roommate 'Fong'... or something? Next time can yamcha with more kaki liao...! XD


P/S: Both LG and W was there, which doubled the fun. While we are going home LG again ask me those weird questions (now I know why I was hooked to her last time) like 'Eh, you understand and speak Mandarin? Very good, hehe...', 'Ooo... why you so good playing that game one?', 'What do you think of Wennie?' (this question I pretend didnt heard and when I ask her to repeat, she say nvm, haha!), 'You went for a diet? I see you're more thin now' and 'Did you cut your hair?' (I said no ah, long time already liao, why? then she said oh, nvm... just asking). Although I know she's just trying to be friendly, but asking those type of questions can be misleading, sigh... Nvm, I also won't put in any hope anymore, we will just be friends. But showing my skills in SF in front of them and they keep praising me made me feel a bit proud, haha... XD

Life is fun when you're in college

Ah... life is, as I expected, so much better and fun in college than at home. I get to go out with my friends and ate outside together, chat and joke while having fun, then go CC for some 'Left 4 Dead' which increases the laughter and syok-ness... then we went back to college, study and go back home. Life is easy and care-free... how long more will it last?

So the results are out... got myself an A, 4 B's and a C (plus and minus). It's not bad (cause no fail) but not as good as I expected either. Lost (my results) to some of the students, although won most of them. I aim to win W, how come lost even worse than last sem to her!?

Poor LG... she failed another 2 subjects this sem, with 2 more C's and B's. I can see she was rather hardworking last sem, how come she still got bad results? Maybe it's the teacher's fault, who gave marks unevenly. It's not my doing, is it? Haha... like I have a BIG impact on her... hahaha. But I still feel sad for her, wish I could have done something to help.

Which I did... first, I smiled at her more. Second, I took up the guts to SMS her to know her result, haha. Third, I looked at her in the eye today, although she was busy... then said bye to her... felt like nothing right? Haha... Anyway, I will try to NOT avoid her more starting from today. Although we can't be lovers, we can still be friends. And friends are what that makes me motivated to study harder in college... XD

P/S: Now I'm in the same group with W! Dumped my so called 'group mates' and asked W if she wants a change in group. Coincidentally, she does! So now I'm in a group of 2 girls, with me the only guy. Must do more to show I'm a worthy teammate... I'm THE class rep after all! :P

1st week Sem 3 is over

So the first week of semester 3 has passed... out of the 3 lectures, 1 was very funny and friendly, 1 was very young and skillful and the last one was a lecturer from my first sem (standard). Overall it will be a fun semester, with 2 involving computers a lot and one is typography. The funny lecturer said I was his enemy (me MU, he Chelsea) but he say he will still teach me one... haha.

LG yesterday was sitting in the role behind me again, but a bit on the right. One incident happened is when she dropped her folder on the floor. So I was shocked and looked back, at her area. She looked at me and embarrassingly said 'Haha, sorry!... Sorry!'. I just smiled and turn my head back. -_-;

Then after lecture I can see her from the car park that she is far away, walking with her sis for dinner. She was not looking my way, so my eyes automatically looked... as she walked away. Then she suddenly looked my way, so I pretended to talk with another friend... Haha. Soon as my friend drove me to the gate entrance, she is STILL walking there. We passed through her, and she looked into the car, knowing I'm there. It was too sudden... and I didn't do anything. Should at least waved to her... Oh well, me, the slow reaction guy, haha!

Third day of new sem

Yesterday was a bit boring as there's no lecture. Nothing special, I just need to do my responsibility as the class rep and went all the way to the office to check why the teacher didn't came. Then they told us all the tutorials were cancelled, see the notice board. Wth?!? Do they expect us to see the notice board EVERYDAY!? -_-

Today was a bit more fun. Went for lecture in the afternoon, then it finished one hour earlier. (Warning: LG detected... do not look!) So my friends went for lunch n CC while I have to go to another CC alone in TBR, cause I got class in one hour later. When I went into the class, I was late (Dota, go figure...) by 15 min. The young lecturer who want us to call him by his name, not adding any 'Sir' or 'Mr' in front, was very pro as expected. I was able to catch up while most still a bit blur, luckily due to my PS background. Still, I learned a lot of new stuff that he found out, himself.

After that went to find my mom. Yes, today is finally the day where I will be getting my NEW.....

SECOND HAND CAR! XD

There was a bit of problem, but finally settled. My new (it is new to me!) black Proton Iswara, so cool, so sporty... yummy! But my bro was the first to drive us all 

back with it. But later I drove it back out as I got another lecture at 6-8pm. When I first started the car, it went dead! Lol, silly me... I forgot to step on the clutch! Yup, it was a manual car, that's why it's YM sport car! XD

Luckily I'm still not that old, still remember how to drive a manual car. Soon I got the hang of it and drove to school, parked it nicely, awaiting my friends. Later they came, so we went into the lecture hall together. The second lecturer which teaches us Sound and Audio Design was an Indian... but man is he funny and friendly! One of the best joke I remembered he said was:

Lecturer: Did you know you can stimulate your brain just by playing video games for half an hour? See... your brain works even when playing your PSP!

Students: Woooo...

Lecturer: Hmm, I wonder what will happen when you play it for eight hours? Then it will sure turn your brain around...!

Students: LOL ROFL

Haha... maybe it doesn't sound that funny here. But with him around, who says lecture is boring?

In the whole lecture, LG was sitting at the role behind me, far left while I sat a bit on the right, in the middle. I resisted fairly well by not looking at her, when I feel that she is also looking at me (to avoid eye contact) while I turn around to look at some other ppl. But I still failed (a bit) when I took at peak at her face when she is not looking (bad me). Then I resisted looking at her although a lot of ironic circumstances forces me to, haha. (My life starts to sounds like a mission, lol).

Then after hanging around a while in the lecture hall, I took the other door as a shortcut out. While I was approaching my friends, ANOTHER twist of fate happened. LG was SO coincidentally walking down the stairs, alone. I tried to find another friend to talk to, but no one was around! I tried to walk slower, but then it would make me look weird! So I take a deep breath and walked in front, to face her. 

She saw me, I saw her... we smiled to each other, and she said Hi... so I said Hi too. Then she paused a while, so did I. Then she smiled and said Bye! I was a bit stunned but then recovered and said... 'Oh! Err... Bye!'. And thus we left the awkward 2 seconds and she headed home. Why the heck I always fell into these kind of situations one!?! -_-;

First day of sem 3

Finally college started again yesterday. My lecture started at 4 but my friends (which is in another class) had another tutorial earlier and they called me out after their class was over. So Danny fetched me and we went to eat at TBR. Ah... eating and hanging out with friends is so much better than rotting at home alone, haha.

After lunch we went to CC. Thought of playing 'Left 4 dead' but the graphics sucks big time, totally can't be played... plus laggy too. So switch back to Dota until near lecture time.

First lecture, we went in early. But we was a bit puzzled as why is there a student sitting on the lecture's place. Putting that aside, we chat with a couple of friends and see how their look changed in 3 weeks. W didn't cut her hair, which is now long and I teased her I didn't recognise her from the back + she looks like an aunty, which she countered angrily, but jokingly... haha.

Later the lecture started, and only 30-40% of the hall is filled with students. The student who dressed in t-shirt, long pants and wearing a hat who was sitting in front earlier was INDEED the lecturer, haha! We, the class rep, was called in front and asked for our hp numbers. The dude was only 23, younger than me! lol... But he was teaching image manipulation, which involves PS and Illustrator a lot, and that's what I wanted to learn the most in this course! :P

After lecture my friend sent me home, but Daniel called on the way, asking if I wanted to join him to Jusco later. So I agreed, and he fetched me and David later to go shopping in Jusco, while waiting for his bro. He was a bit lost in the carpark that night, don't know why, haha...



P/S: LG didn't come yesterday... but I wasn't 100% sure as I didn't ask my friend nor did I 'scanned' the whole lecture hall for her presence. A good sign... but will it last? Lol, I can't be certain either... XD
