The case of Datuk Ahmad Ismail finally over?

As most of you have seen (or heard), Datuk Ahmad Ismail have been suspended of any post in the party for 3 years. This is the result of angering a lot of component party members, especially Gerakan. In my opinion, it is a fair judgement passed on to him for giving such racial remarks in the open, especially since he's not any ordinary citizen but the Bukit Bendera's division chief. With power comes responsibilities, so next time try to think 200% more before giving racist statements... even though it doesn't mean any harm or whatsoever. People are mighty sensitive in these stuffs! >.<

I'm not saying only him, but all people should stop hurling such insults in the open. How can Malaysia be a harmonious country if there is doubts and prejudice among each other? I think those racists should go back into college and study what I'm going to have as an exam this Friday... Hubungan Etnik! lol

p/s: Just my two cents of opinions, don't flame me k? :P

How's life been so far

It's been the second week of TARC, and tutorials are starting to pour in. Most of the lecturers and tutorial teachers are fun and sporty, not those old and boring 'come in and do your work' types. I even got praised for a nice drawing (since I do have some art backgraound), hehe...

Meet some new friends too. Although still not that many Chinese friends, but got some. Still NO girl Chinese friends, siggh. But after joining tutorial class for a couple of times, I can see 3-4 nice looking ones in my class. Hey, better than none! XD

Then suddenly the government suprise us with another bad news, the price of oil increase again... starting tomorrow! So me and my bro went to try our luck to fill our car tanks full in Petronas, near the LDDP road. Luckily the petrol kiosk was profesional and the car was lining up peacefully, awaiting their turn. Around 20-30 min, it was already our turn. We filled it full which cost RM95, at RM1.92 per liter. Starting tomorrow it will be RM2.70 per liter! 40% hike, yikes!

Rice price hike

Last week went shopping with my mom in Giant, I was suprised the price of rice has gone up from RM4-Rm20, depending on brands. Since there is still a lot of rice there, we didn't buy any cause it's expensive. Then when we went to Jusco, the place where they put the sacks of rice to sell was nearly empty! We asked a staff and she said starting tomorrow, the price of rice will raise according to the stickers on the rice bags. We compare the prices on the stickers and the price tags, it was a stagering different of RM10++! So we bought 2 sack of rice, the max amount limited to each customer.

Many of us who didn't buy rice wouldn't know that the price of rice has increased by so much. Although the supply of rice is sufficient, nobody says about a price hike, did they? It's expected since the price of rice outside Malaysia nearly doubled but it only rised 1.5x here. Luckily the price of Nasi Campur or Nasi Lemak didn't rise... yet.

On the other hand, we are very fortunate compared to China and Myanmar which are suffering from earthquakes and tornados. Thousands die or starving to death, while we only suffers money lost.

Human actions Weather change Rice insufficient Price hike
(global warming, --> drastically --> -->
pollution, etc.)

So eat less beef as it is disposing more global warming effects than chicken! :P

Color of your clothes

Don't know if this is real or not, but Mr Phua Chu Kang told me about this early this morning... XD

If you wear green, means you want money to come in (your pocket)- because money is green!

If you wear yellow, means you want to be remembered- so flashy, who wont?

If you wear red, means you want attention- red like blood ma, haha...

If you wear white, means you can be trusted- you trust the doctors, no?

You believe or not? Up to you... XD

No water again!

Argh... no water again! The stupid residents here don't want to pay for the water bill. So SYABAS came and cut the main pipe to stop water flowing even though some residents pay! Kns those idiotic and cheap-skake residents. Hope their toilet bowl melutup! >(

One fire belum padam, another fire came in... really suey. Have to resort to going out to eat so can save water from cuci pinggan mangkuk. No water susah, no electric lagi susah! I hope the individual meter will be implemented soon so those that don't pay their water bills only kena clamp, not ALL...

So the voting period is finally here... I have already registered, but don't know where to vote, haha. So I guess I won't be voting (lazy). But if I do vote, the only thing I know is I won't vote for PAS. Give me life, give me freedom!

The Edison news seem to be slowly fading away... maybe if Kira put more new pics, then only will it goes 'hot' again? Whatever the reason, this story tell us that nothing is 100% safe. So don't do it if you're afraid people will know! XD

First week of New Year

So, 2008 is here... yet, it doesn't seem any different from last year. Maybe it's because of the holidays just past, I still have a bit of 'snaking' attitude this week. But I vow to start my studying of PHP next week!

The highlight event of the week was no doubt about the 'sex scandal' involving one of the higher rank politicians of MCA (I doubt you don't know who). He is old, yet still 'do' it with another younger girl who can be his daughter... then the process got 'taped' by some unknown party, which is then sold in DVDs. I did not see the 'movie' as it is sold mostly in the Johor area, but I don't want to see it either, haha...

Then he hope that the public will forgive him for all the good deeds he has done, instead of one bad one. But come on, let's face the facts of reality... which politician have you seen before that gets away with a 'sex scandal'? It doesn't even happen in the USA, wishing it would happen here would be rediculous. So, as expected, he resigned from all his post the next day, after apologizing through the press to everyone.

It's sad how a man can climb so hard to reach the top all his life, then fell to the bottomless pit in just one day, by one act, in one day... Sure, we would have avoided that if we were to become careful and not do something wrong in our life. But whenever a person holds a grudge on you, you will be suprised what he/she could do to make your life becomes Hell. How long can you 'block' and 'defend' yourself from all the evilness in the world? Not forever...

Becomes too good you 'die', becomes too bad you also 'die'. Human is a strange species and everyone can becomes an enemy when the time is 'right'. Hey, it's every man for himself/herself, right? Thus we should be extra careful when choosing friends and who to believe in your life. You will never know when he/she will stab you in the back just for that extra buck... those pathethic losers!

Producers have to recycle their bottles and cans

In The Star front page today. Yup... soon, it will be a law that producers and manufacturers to recycle their cans and bottles. This means that they will have to bear the cost themselves in recycling thier own products. So what's the outcome?

Good thing is they will be more recycling thus reducing garbages and pollutions. This is a good way to prevent the world from dying faster...

Bad thing is the overall cost may increase, thus the consumers will also need to pay more. That means our RM1.20 coca-cola may rise to maybe RM1.50-Rm2 in the future, if this law is implemented. Wow... a bad news to all those sugar-addicts!

So what do I think? I think it's a good idea, cause recycling is a good deed we should all do. As I'm not such a fan in drinking those canned drinks (cause expensive and full of not-so-good substance), it will not hurt me too. Wait... does that means there won't be cheap mineral bottles too?!? Aiii... susahlah! >.<

Only time can tell what will happen to the beverage industry in the future... I can smell the rise in inflasion again, sigh.....

Why hurt/ kill your kids?

Just as the sad story of the little girl is going to pass away, suddenly got a new news about another baby died and suspected of child abuse by their parents. When I saw it I was like 'WTH?!? Not again...!'

Sad, why do ppl abuse their children/ baby until death? Don't they appreciate they even have one, when most have none? No matter how mad or sad, you should not take it out on your children. It is like hurting yourself, but you don't want to hit yourself (cause scare pain) so you hit your other 'flesh and blood'. In the end, the child will suffer from trauma of being abused and may even let go their anger on another innocent victim. All because of the kanasai parents...

Hitting your own child is what I call a chicken 'mou tam kuai' parents. No brains, no guts, you let it go on a helpless child. That is why I am happy whenever one of these idiots go to jail... they totally deserve it! A beast should remain in jail and suffer for what he/she have done... no matter if suddenly too 'kek' (gila) and accidentally do it or not.

Die to all child abuser... DIIIIEEEEEE!!!!!

Harry Potter books

Did you read the newspapers last wek, where 4 major bookstores boycott to not sell the latest Harry Potter book because it was sold at a much cheap price at Tesco and Carefour? I think the stocks at Tesco and Carefour should be gone by now. They sold it cheaper, at a lost price, to gain more customers. Wa, like that also can...? o.O

But today papers said the 4 bookstores will sell the Harry Porter book again, after negotiating with the main book publisher. Now they sell it at a discounted rate, 20-25% off than the original price. Although still can't be as cheap, yet I think buying a nice book from a bookstore made you more 'satisfied' and happy, doesn't it? XD

Speaking about Harry Potter, have you seen the latest HP movie yet? It was quite a nice movie in my opinion, although I'm not a fan of HP myself. Sure it maybe a bit childish and full of fantasy and special effects to make it a good movie, but that's what makes HP... HP! Like scary movies use ghost and blood, Hp uses fantasy and special effects la... XD

Still, I prefer LOTR than HP, haha... :P

I like this scene best... because I thought it would be censored in M'sia, but it didn't...! XD

Plastic bottle safe to use?

Last week the Health Ministry said itt was not safe to reuse mineral bottles, but today newspaper come out statement from Malaysian Plastics Forum (MPF) insisting that packaging and containers made from plastic and polystyrene are safe to use or to be reuse. They said that the raw ingredients used to make the finished products are certified by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Headache betul... which is true leh? The government or the ppl who make the products? @@;?

Until further prove and more solid evidence from the ppl who made the plastic bottles, I think I will stick to using those solid water bottles or space bottles. Better be safe than sorry right? XD

The 'face' tree

I bet you guys got see the newspaper (or maybe not) about the famous 'tree face'. It's a normal coconut tree (not sure) but on the tree trunks (green area) grew out a lump which is like a human face...! Some say it's a message from God, but the fact is it's just a coincidence... a kind of 'defect' maybe. 3 days ago, the face tree 'opened' it's eye, yesterday the eye closed liao. Wow, it's kind of amazing... yet ceepy at the same time. Imagine a 'face tree' outside your house, looking at you 24/7, sometimes open eye, sometimes closed. Won't it be... 'cool'? LOL ^^

It's her birthday, again

So today is 'her' birthday. The old me will be thrilled. It's like one of the most important date of the year, as important as ...
